"Roseworthy, Quiet rural living only minutes from Gawler"

Roseworthy is rural living at its best, with the luxury of being only 10 kms from Gawler. Also linking major highways to the Barossa, Clare Valley, Port Adelaide and the city. Great local pub with big country meals, Primary school and fantastic veterinary college.

"Country close to everything"

A small country town close to Munno Para and Gawler both which provide excellent shopping. Large blocks allow lots of space to do your own thing whether its kids playing in the backyard, or indulging in your own hobby. People are friendly but not in your face. The pub and roadhouse are brilliant, providing lots of community spirit as do the local redeveloped school and post office. With the RFS, local tennis club and playground Roseworthy has something for everyone away from the rush but not too far away from the bustle if you want to be involved. Local high schools are only a convienent bus ride away. Surrounded by open fields, but not too far from trains to the city Roseworthy is a great place to live.

"A farming region just a stone's throw from the bustling town of Gawler"

Gawler River is a farming region situated on the edge of the bustling suburban centre of Gawler. Just 45 minutes from Adelaide and an easy 10 minute drive to the centre of Gawler, the Gawler River is an excellent farming location in South Australia.

There are a number of large farming properties here, whether for sheep, cattle or crops. The region has suffered the drought like many other places in South Australia, but has been well-managed for the most part.

Gawler River is an excellent place to raise a family. Close to Gawler, you can access huge supermarket complexes, sporting facilities, excellent schools (including the Trinity College and all it has to offer), hospitals and everything else you might need.

"A small country town in easy reach from Adelaide and Gawler"

Roseworthy is situated about 50 kilometres north Adelaide, and is just 10 kilometres from Gawler.

Home to the renowned Roseworthy Campus and Agricultural College of the University of Adelaide which has a particular focus on winemaking, the town is has a strong focus on farming and agriculture.

Roseworthy has a handful of shops, facilities, restaurants and pubs, and is just a short drive from the bigger cities of Gawler and Elizabeth.

A good spot if you are looking for a quiet rural life that is quite close to major urban centres.
