Royal Park is a nice place to live.
Close to shops and beach.
Easy access to city with trains, buses nearby.
Straight run up Port Road and you're in the city.
Lots of good places to eat due to close proximity to West Lakes Mall.
Good takeaway places nearby (pizza/pasta, Indian, Chinese).
Lots of parks around and good walking routes.
Many of the housing trust homes are being removed to build house and land packages.
