Like most areas there is a range of pricing. House prices would start at around $700,000 right up to the newer homes or homes on big land which would sell in the one million plus range. Prices in Ryde have been rising as the demand for affordable housing close to the city increases. People regard Ryde as a safe suburb with a great mix of people and thus the demand grows.
