Microbreweries

Microbreweries
Alright, I've asked about bars and reviewed many a beer in my street reviews, but I have to pose the question on here. What are the best microbreweries in the Bay Area? Geographic spread need not be a factor - I am willing to drive. Standouts so far are Half Moon Bay Brewing Company (http://www.hmbbrewingco.com/) and Seabright Brewery in Santa Cruz (http://www.seabrightbrewery.com/), but I KNOW there are more out there!
I've had Lost Coast, North Coast, and Lagunitas, but have yet to visit any of them on-site.
Also, I know it's a little far from SF, but Cannery Row Brewing Company in Monterey has just about the best selection of beers on tap I have ever seen.
Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?
