Mission vs. Nob Hill - New from London - HELP!!
Hey, so I have moved from London to San Francisco and am apartment hunting. I have seen a few properties and two are my faves. One is 1600 15th Street (Mission) and the other is Nob Hill (899 Pine Street). I want a location that is fun and close to bars/restaurants but also safe and clean etc. Also I commute between the City and Sunnyvale so ease for both. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you work in Sunnyvale why in the world do you want to live in San Francisco in general? You get an overpriced dump - it depends if you want to be in a prettier hole or in one that is gentrifying slowly and losing its charm.
Go get a place in the South Bay and Uber if you want to San Francisco during the weekends. You will have a better quality of life and the best of both worlds.
