What is it like to live in Beeliar?

I'm a teacher at Beeliar PS. It is a wonderful area and school (I am a little bias), however it is my first year at the school and the staff have been so welcoming, they have a real community and collaboration focus. There is a real 'whole child' teaching and learning focus with a fantastic early childhood literacy program. In case you haven't realised, I highly recommend it!
Beeliar is in a great location - close to the beach and close to the freeway. We have two small children and we plan to send them to Beeliar primary as well with no hesitation, however like the other reviewer said, the location of Beeliar allows you plenty of other options too. Meve estate is beautiful and modern with little parks dotted around for the kids and a main park with public gym equipment by the Lake. There is also a local IGA within walking distance and a great little set of shops including a cafe overseeing the park/lake. One of my favorite things about Beeliar is the community organised concerts and movies at Beeliar Park, they are always a great turn out and I don't know of many other estates that have this.
We live in the Meve estate in Beeliar - we have built a house in the new Meve Gold release and are very happy here. Our children are not old enough to go to school yet but I am not sure that we will be sending them to Beeliar Primary School. I have heard varying reports but we are looking at some of the private primary schools. Atwell Primary School is supposed to be very good as is Coogee Primary.
Thank you what are the daycare centres like
