Is there good 3G and 4G coverage in Sandford?

There is excellent 3G coverage with high speed access in the Sandford area. However, there are some patches where there is only access via slow speeds and there are even some blackspots. The 4G coverage is alot more patchy with there being many more blackspots and only access via slow speeds.
