Hoons issue being addressed?

Its might be time to put pressure or the Bayside Council to install more Number Plate Reading Cameras, Speedhumps, chicanes or gates on the keys street connecting and linking to Rocky Point Road as these streets are being used at night as a race circuit. Not by one or two cars or motorbike but 6-7 at a time in multiple successions. Extremely dangerous and in pleasant for the locals unfortunately at the pleasure of out of area delinquents.
