Whats the Cobbity Street in Seven Hills like and the surrounding streets?

We have enjoyed living in Cobbity st for the past 5yrs, with friendly neighbours and situated within a short walk to good schools, lovely parks, shops including the recently built new Bunnings warehouse. Public transport is great with local buses and T2 buses a short 2- 5min walk away. Seven hills station is far enough away to not hear the trains but close enough to walk. Acess to M2 and M7 motorways is 1- 3 min drive. With a choice of major shopping centers being Wintson Hills Mall or Centro at Seven Hills both about 5 min drive. Another 5 mins north is Norwest Business District for the profession couples. The area has great community spirit and Santa even visits us at Christmas with lollies for the kids!
