I don't know about Great coffee in Seven Hills but I can tell you about great coffee in a 5mins drive (I'm a bit of a coffee NUT).
1) Linguinis Pizza Cafe Kings Langley
2) Max Brenner Blacktown (soy mocha with milk chocolate)
3) The Blend Toongabbie
4) Cafe Mambo Girraween
4) Common Groundz Community Café Lalor Park
