Why Underrated ?
While searching for homes to buy, I saw Seven Hills as a open and green suburb. However, the market rates here are lower than surround suburbs, even though there is a Train station. What is the reason of being Underrated .
And what are best public primary schools in this area. Did not find any of them in the Best School list ratings.
