Rental in Seven Mile Beach?

Seven Mile Beach, TAS 7170 is located within the Clarence local government area, part of the Greater Hobart Region in Tasmania.

we are a couple of medical professionals relocating to Royal Hobart jan/feb 2012 and looking for somewhere to rent for at least 12 months. We like the look and sound of seven mile beach but there are vey few rentals available....any suggestions? we are flying over in december for a weekend to try to see some options but at this stage its looking unlikely there will be any available!?
