Is this area any better than Elizabeth as far as crime, gangs, unemployed etc? Looking to invest here.

Hi Pleasantly, I find that it’s a suburb that needs to be inspected to get a feel for the streets. Our experience is that it is hard to find a quality tenant in this suburb and as a result it takes longer. If your liking the north Aldo looks in the surrounding suburbs.
