Smithfield Plains, SA 5114 is located within the Playford local government area, part of the Adelaide (Greater) Region in South Australia.
Is this area any better than Elizabeth as far as crime, gangs, unemployed etc? Looking to invest here.

Hi Pleasantly, I find that it’s a suburb that needs to be inspected to get a feel for the streets. Our experience is that it is hard to find a quality tenant in this suburb and as a result it takes longer. If your liking the north Aldo looks in the surrounding suburbs.
