Hi Snbkumar,
South Yarra, is a very green/healthy area to live in, ideal for working families with our without children. Davis Avenue, is close enough to all the main streets, Chapel St, Punt Rd, Toorak Rd so it is very convenient to go around Melbourne, but not too close to the streets that you get all the hustle and bustle. which is ideal for families to live in.
Regarding the Indian Nationality around the area, there are some around the area.
