Most welcoming creative and musical community in Tasmania?

I'm looking at moving to Tasmaina, I'm in my early 40's. My partner and I are very musical, and having jams, being involved in open mics would be really great for us. We are also both creative artistic types. Any ideas on a semi-rural community? We work for ourselves remotely, so as long as the wifi is good, my main priorities are all about fresh air, good food and most importantly good people.
