Is it a good time to move and open a business there

We're currently located in Mallorca, and own an Argentinian steakhouse, due to the draconian restrictions in the last 6 months we fear that future is not as bright as it was. So a good friend of mine that lives in Southport said it is a very good location, next to beautiful beaches, lovely, small, family orientated community, all very cosy and within walking distance to anything, and most important good public schools.
We're looking to rent both a good apartment or townhouse at a reasonable price, and also a place to set up a new branch of my original restaurant. TIA for all your support
