Where is the best primary school?

hi, we are looking to move to Southport next year (2018) from Sydney. Can anyone please tell us which is the best pre school for our 5 years old boy? Looking for a friendly school that don't pressure kids with too much homework and more of individual requirement. And any advance on what street to avoid would be helpful too.. Hopefully we can move to some friendly neighbourhood. :)
