Red Hill Veterinary Clinic at 48 Enoggera Tce, Red Hill are very nice people and nearby to Spring Hill. (5 minute drive). They are also open 7 days per week.
If you need a 24hr vet I think the Animal Emergency Centre (AEC) at Kedron is great and only a 10 minute drive north from Spring Hill.
