Life near Stockwell, Barossa Valley

We're moving to the countryside 3km south of Stockwell. Which internet and mobile phone providers have good coverage in the area? Is mail delivered outside Barossa town boundaries or will we need to get a post office box? Which companies offer good service for trucking water (the property is not on mains water) and emptying/desludging septic tanks? What are the local primary schools like? Any other tips will be greatly appreciated :)
