"Leafy, Large and with some awesome views"

Hidden on the foothills on the eastern side of Adelaide is this hidden gem of a suburb.

Set mainly on a grid amongst huge gums and mature shrubs you get a real sense of being in the countryside, yet within minutes of the CBD. As you climb up the hills, the views back towards the city and across to the sea are amazing (especially at sundown).

Some of the new houses are being replaced with big modern and designer homes too.

Great for keeping fit on your dog walks as the hills to the upper streets will get the heart going.

Also worth mentioning is the Capitani's Pizza for a great feed or Taylor Blend for one of the best coffee's in Adelaide (and a view over the park).

"Live the leafy lifestyle!"

Quiet, peaceful and of course you can not forget the stunning views.

Stonyfell is situated in the foothills of Adelaide.

Surrounded by great schools both public and private.

Close to Burnside Shopping centre where you will find it all.

Mt. Lofty is only minutes away where you can enjoy a beautiful lunch and a hike that is not for the fainthearted!

"Prime Foothills Living"

Within 15 minutes you can be parked in a carpark in Rundle Mall, and enjoy the surroundings of loads of native trees and animals. Koalas can be regularly seen in the treetops, along with the city lights and stars in the night sky.

Local coffee shop 'Taylor Blend' is always bustling with activity and there are many nature walks/trails to discover along third creek.

You can walk to Hazelwood Park within 30 minutes, or drive up to Hahndorf in a similar amount of time. Burnside Village is the closest shopping complex, with Norwood Parade not much further away.

There aren't many footpaths or street lights off the main roads, but this adds to the rural feel of the streets. There are at least 2 gyms within 2kms of the area and lots of food outlets in a similar range. You can't go past Johnny's Pizza and Yiros for a last minute food delivery!

As a resident who has lived in the foothills before, you can't beat Stonyfell for proximity, ease of access and tranquility. It would be one of Adelaide's best kept secrets. Shhhhhhhhhh

"A premier location with a lot to offer"

In amongst some beautiful countryside and adjacent sought after Hazelwood Park and Burnside, Stonyfell has a lot to offer. It is one of the premier residential areas of Adelaide

Public transport is a bit thin on the ground but there is some. It is also a bit further out of the city than you expect while still being quite close and within a short drive.

There are some great parks and pools close by and also the Penfolds winery.

It is a nice area for bringing up a family but its expensive.
