Reviews of Burton, SA
"Mixed Bag But Mostly Nice"
The Area can be nice but can also be very bad. the older part of burton is terrible but is safe. it is very affordable but not a fan of the older part. the newer areas are nice and are amazing to live in like springbank waters and the other esastes that are older and don't have a name to it. overall the older area has lots of bogans and feralls which makes people hate it but they have to see the nice parts because it is amazing.

"A melow suburb, not much happens but isn’t the prettiest housing area"
Burton is a peaceful area but has its ups and downs. There is a drug problem as a lot of people in the area are selling or consuming drugs.
Domestic disputes can be herd sometimes but it’s not as bad as some over areas.
I’ve always grown up in the North and have never had any problems.
Many families in the area and well build houses.

"Great place to live for all ages."
Nice suburb with tree lined streets, a mix of houses from the 1970s to newly built. Excellent access to Port Wakefield Road, giving an option of commuting to work by car to the City, Northern Inner Suburbs, Wingfield & Port Adelaide, or the opposite direction to Elizabeth and Gawler.
A good choice of local shopping hubs nearby and local schools and sporting grounds. People into fishing dont have to travel far to St Kilda to launch their boat or fish off the rocks.
Great for
