"Location Location Location!"

Chirnside Park is one of a kind, beautiful mixture of family homes on all sizes of land. Close to all your main amenities and yet moments from the Yarra Valley and the wonderful surroundings. A great mixture of public and private schools you can see why people move to Chirnside Park and want to stay and raise a family.

"Convenient, Safe & Abundant Greenery"

We moved here over a year ago, on one side of our property we have the Chirnside Park Shopping Centre ,Cinema, Bunnings, Cafes, Restaurants and Bars. On the other side we have reserves, football fields greenery everywhere.
Best of both worlds. Convenient bus route access and close to both Croydon and Mooroolbark train stations.
With the new Urban Park and more restaurants coming up we are very exciting for the growth of the suburb.

Lots of young couples and families, very safe neighbourhood. We take the dogs for a walk after dark. Quiet and safe. Lots of medical practices to choose from.

"Lovely place to raise a family"

Great homes in the area close to quality schools. Chirnside Park is easy commuting distance to CBD, has a good shopping centre and has plenty of parkland. Homes in the area
are well maintained and have lots of curb side appeal.

"Best hidden gem to live in ."

Moved to Chirnside Park after many years of living in Doncaster and before that closer inner city suburbs .The three years we have lived here has been the best decision we have made .Live in a very quite , very friendly area of Chirnside Park .Great friendly people live in this area .Great shopping centre being Chirnside Park shopping centre with many great amentities and variety of shops .Close enough to Moorolbark and Liliydale train stations if needed plus a bus service from the shopping centre has many routes including to Moorolbark station .Maroondah hwy has a great variety of larger stores ie Harvey Norman , JB Hi fi etc a stones throw away .If need be very easy 15_20min approx drive to the newly enlarged Eastland and also then Eastlink .Great variety of primary and secondary schools both private and public in or very close to Chirnside park .Then there is the added bonus of feeling like the country side is also on your doorstep as an easy drive to the Great Yarra Valley .Also close to great parklands including a enclosed off leash dog park , sporting ground facilities , excellent value cinema complex and entertainment for all ages ie go karting , indoor bowling and an indoor trampoline .Couldn't be happier living here and personally havn't had any issues otherwise .If the facilities for the residents of Chirnside Park are not available in the suburb there is always Moorolbark ,Croydon and Lilydale very close by that can accomodate .
