Reviews of Elizabeth Park, SA
"to each his own"
So many neg views. but let them drift away while the smart investors are buying up. When new properties are being built, they will see it clear and know it's too late.

"Hani"
Well i lived closed to Adelaide CBD and then decided to buy a house in Elizabeth Park. Believe me it is as good as living close to CBD. The suburb has shown growth in the past year and is as quiet as the many best suburbs of Adelaide. Also it offers the affordability and proximity to the shopping precints. With lots of development happening withing the vicinity and elizabeth turning in to the central business district, it should offer a great value in comiing years.

"Pick Your Area"
Elizabeth Park has some nice areas and some rough areas. Research the area you are planning to move to by visiting it at all different times of day to see any potential problems. There is alot of unemployment in the area which is the cause of most of its problems. There are also lots of families with young kids.

How about Davey street? Is that rough?
Hi. Just wondering if you know what Turner Rd in the suburb is like? Would you classify it as rough or nice? Thanks.
