Not really. Its VERY expensive. Fitzroy is one of the most expensive suburbs in South Australia.

One of the best City Fringe suburbs. Beautiful tree lined streets and a mixture of wonderful villa's and some of the most impressive mansions.5 minute walk to O'connell street and the North adelaide facillities....Overall a wonderful suburb but the only downside is the cost for most
