Reviews of Flinders Park, SA
"Excellent suburb near the beach and city"
Flinders Park is an up and coming suburb, in a very convenient location. The neighbourhood is warm and friendly, and there are excellent education facilities nearby. There are also a number of shopping centres close by, as well as the beach, and just a very short drive to the city's bustle and nightlife.

"Home sweet home"
I was born and raised in Flinders Park right along the river. It is a great place to grow up with loads for kids to do. The neighbours are friendly and alot of them have been there for years so we all know each other which is nice. Very welcoming to new faces although havent had many of late as no one wants to move :P
Close to the city, beach, various shopping centres and schools. To look out your window and see the lovely parklands is a treat. You get that country feel in the middle of suburbia.
I have a soft spot for Flinders Park and would recomend it to anyone.

"Classy & quiet a great place to live !"
Just lovely... like most suburbs it has a mix of different types of living varying with homes built around early 1900's Character Villas & Bungalows to other streets developed in the 50's & 60's. Prime area for new developments today. Generally a very quiet suburb unless you live on the main roads being Holbrooks Road or Grange Road which are quite busy with traffic. Excellent public transport & shopping facilities close by and of course only minutes to the city & the Beach minutes the other way ! Overall & great place to live and work like me.

Great to hear you give it top rating North I agree.... I believe it to be that too, but as an outsider when you compare to exclusive suburbs you have to be realistic in your star ratings and that is all !!!
Night life refers to night clubs & pubs .... there are a few local pubs but a big night out in is really tame compared to the city of which we are very close to which is handy for Brilliant night life !!
Well I am sorry, its my opinion. Yes, its brilliant for Nightlife and Safe & Sound.
"Quiet little suburb that has it all"
Flinders Park is an awesome suburb to live in. It's quiet, yet has energy. The residents are friendly and very accepting of new faces. There are young couples with children aplenty so if you are into big nights etc this may not be the best place for you as the suburb is very quiet after 10-11pm. 10 mins to the CBD makes it an ideal place for busy professionals who don't want to live in the CBD, yet still want to be close enough to it. Grange beach is only 5-6 mins drive away. Love this place!

Wow mdmatic! I never new Pest Free was that bad here! Can you explain why?
Why did you mark Safe & Sound and others 4 stars? All of them should be 5 stars, 3 stars for Nightlife
