Reviews of Forde, ACT
"Bad part of Forde"
Avoid renting or purchasing townhouses near the shops! Lots of porch pirates. 1 star review is for housing near the shops. The rest of Forde is quite nice.

"Nice suburb but avoid Francis Forde Boulevard and Tom Nicholas Cresent"
I have lived on Francis Forde boulevard opposite to 2 small housing estates - Georgetown and Grace @ Forde. Avoid these spots. I have seen police chases, burnouts, speeding, bikes doing wheelies, shoes on powerlines, screaming and yelling almost every night, etc. The rest of Forde is beautiful but avoid this part.

"A great place-full of life!"
Forde is a beautiful safe place to live in. It has Burgmann Anglican School, a few childcare facilities, shops, a pool, cafes, parks (and dog parks), and generously nice houses. Definitely recommend moving there :)
