"Grenacres Has Everything You Need!"
Greenacres is a good area. The houses are nice and modern and there are some old homes which are replaced by new homes.
There is a very green, and lovely park in the area called Greenacres Reserve. You have got the variety of shops: Northgate Village Shopping Centre, Greenacres, Windsor Gardens, Gilles Plains, and only 10 mins to the city. Public Transport is fabulous.They are running regularly into the CBD.
The safeness here is absoutely great. No problems, and no crime.
Parking is great, so great for when friends and families come visiting.
So if you want a safe, quiet lifestyle, move to sunny Grenacres!
