"Holder - Best Kept Secret in Canberra"
Lived here for 10 years or so. It is so convenient to everywhere in Canberra..except maybe East Canberra/Queanbeyan. Nice local shopping centre, with heaps of restaurants, and a few cafes. Westfield Woden only 8 minutes drive away. Civic - 15 minutes drive, tuggeranong 15 minutes drive, belconnen, again 15 minutes drive, Cotter reserve, not far away....
safe, family orientated. 2 or 3 child care centres, a catholic primary school, high school in neighbouring suburb
About the only thing I don't like about it is public transport isn't great...even by Canberra standards...unless you work in Woden/Weston Creek area.
