A much sought after location, Kyre Avenue is a short distance from exclusive shopping precincts and some of the State’s most prestigious schools. Complete with a number of gorgeous Villa style homes, the average house price in Kyre Avenue is well over $1.2 million. Kyre Avenue is noted as one of the best streets in one of the loveliest suburbs in Adelaide.
