"Charming affluent suburb displaying some of the most beautiful leafy streets in SA"

Kingswood SA offers the best of everything that affluent Adelaide suburbs have to offer. Attractive looking leafy and jacaranda tree lined and newly paved footpaths create a picturesque foreground to some of the most beautifully manicured multi million dollar homes in the inner south. Known for its leafy streets and established gardens Kingswood offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere only minutes from the Adelaide CBD.
Adjacent to Malvern, Kingswood’s sister suburb, this tightly held and highly sought-after suburb has the same prestigious feel as Malvern to the point where many people would consider them part of the same broader area. If you walked from one into the other, you might not immediately notice the change. The demographic is also the same, being a high percentage of established professionals (e.g. senior medical and legal professionals) with a family feel.
Kingswood is heavily residential, owner occupied, quiet and insulated from commercial noise. It’s a short walk to cafes, eateries or parks and leisure amenities (King William Road, Unley Road, Mitcham shopping and cinema complex). It’s a blue ribbon suburb being so close to some of the best schools in Adelaide, has excellent bus access and best of all offers swift access to the city straight up Duthy Street or Unley Road. Magnificent.

"A hidden treasure...Not know to many !"

Kingswood is approximately 7 kms from the city. It is situated between Mitcham and Netherby. Directly behind Malvern other side of Cross roads. Kingswood has wide tree lined streets, the houses are a mix between period homes and 1950/60s styled homes. Lovely parks and surrounded by many attractions and features.

Great for

  • Close to Mitcham Shopping Centre
  • Nice local schools
  • Very quiet- lovely tree lined streets

Not great for

  • Cost of living is high
  • Not known as well as surronding suburbs

"Beautiful & Exclusive"

Nestled within the 'blue chip' suburb of Kingswood, Kyre Avenue is a quiet and leafy street situated approximately 5 kms from the Adelaide CBD. A much sought after location, Kyre Avenue is a short distance from exclusive shopping precincts and some of the State’s most prestigious schools. Complete with a number of gorgeous Villa style homes, the average house price in Kyre Avenue is well over $1.2 million. Kyre Avenue is noted as one of the best streets in one of the loveliest suburbs in Adelaide.
