Reviews of Loganholme, QLD
"One of the best suburbs in Logan city"
This is a quality suburb compared to other inland suburbs in Logan city. It’s well positioned and has quality demographics.
If you visit the recently upgraded Alexander Clark Park on weekends and drive around, you will notice it’s mostly young families. The location of this suburb especially at the junction of 2 major highways(M1 and Logan Mwy ) is a great plus.
There is Hyperdome shopping centre and the bus interchange in 5 mins drive. The bus will take you to Brisbane city in half n hour from there which comes every 15 mins in peak hours. There is also free commuter car park and caged bike rack there.
Also, Beenleigh and Loganlea train stations where express trains stop, are both equal distance drive from here, depending on which direction you want to go.
Also, there are future plans to connect the Busway from EightMile plains to Hyperdome bus exchange, which will make the commute to the city even faster. Currently the Busway is being expanded to Springwood.
If you enjoy bicycle rides, you’ve got good access to amazing bike trails in the surrounds. There is a pump track and a bike trail in Tudor park and also Dasy hill, Cornubia, Eagleby Wetlands trails are not too far.

"Loganholme best suburb in Logan"
Loganholme is a suburb on its own... Great Parks, Large roads and footpaths, Trees and Greenery everywhere, nice, convenient and friendly Shopping Village. Close proximity to Hyperdome Shopping Centre, 3 min drive to both entrances of M1 and M6 Highways. Exactly in the middle between Brisbane and Gold Coast (25 min drive to both places) and at 7 min drive from Edens landings, Beenleigh and Loganlea Train stations.

"Great parks and within 15 mins of everything"
Nice parks, the local state school is good and all amenities/facilities are available. The suburb is clean, friendly and surrounded by families and lovely people. The access to highways can't be any better - access to both M1 and Logan motorway in under 2 mins. Midway from city and gold coast (both are 30 mins away). Generally everything you would ever need is within 15 mins (IKEA, Hyperdome, furniture stores, Bunnings, Gyms). Two train stations at 10 mins away. Direct bus access is bad from the suburb, but if you can get to Hyperdome (4 kms), you get buses to anywhere.

"Loganholme - Will always be constrained by its distance from the city"
Loganholme is a decent suburb but it always be constrained by its distance from the city and other major centres. Transport is an issue with traffic jams, poor bus routes and no train line.

"Family friendly"
My parents have lived in this suburb for 30 years and have never had any problems. Nice parks, the local schools are great, it's clean, friendly and they are surrounded by families and lovely people. There are some lovely riverside parks in the area. Short distance to the M1 and the Gold Coast. There are quite a few gyms in the area and nice places to eat at the Piazza at the Hyperdome including Cactus Jacks, The Coffee Club, Toscanis.

"A Great Place for young families"
Quiet Street suburb with plenty space for the kids with most homes having large yards. Local Parks, Primary School and New Community Centre. Public transport (bus service) Getting around is easy with fantastic access to Logan Mwy and M1, Centrally located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Constraint from distance to the city?? I have friends that are living in the city and it takes more to them to get into Southbank or the place where we work in Brisbane City then myself from Loganholme. So much like 20 minutes earlier if we depart at the same time. Living inside the city it is a nightmare now with population growing in Brisbane and more apartments being built. As a transports goes in Loganholme you can catch any bus to (5-6 min travel time) to the Hyperdome shopping centre and from there go anywhere with an extensive bus route availability or just drive 6 min to any of the stations situated in Loganlea, Beenleigh, Edens Landings and catch the express train into the city or the Gold Coast.
