Reviews of Medindie Gardens, SA
"A superb suburb on the fringe of the city."
Words can not describe the multitude of pros in living in such a tightly held suburb with minimal and far apart opportunities to acquire property. With hind sight wish I had bought more in 2003 when I moved into a not so well known suburb. No more than 20 minutes from anywhere in Adelaide. Part zoned for the Walkerville primary school on Stephen terrace and within walking distance of prestigious Wilderness school.
Great for
- Exclusive, tight knit suburb, leafy green tree lined streets, clean, secure and safe.

"Beautiful Tree Lined streets"
Beautiful tree lined streets, nice neighbours who have resided for many years, safe and secure, friendly and quiet, clean streets, excellent private and public schools nearby, local supermarket/shops. Medindie Gardens is a small exclusive suburb, and houses don't come on the market very often. Great investment opportunities if you can secure a dwelling.

Do not trust Peter Zaharis. He didn't pay me and my partner for work done on his property in Greece. This guy is a conman. I can show you the drawings we made as evidence.
