Reviews of Menzies Creek, VIC
"Great place to live"
Peaceful place, but more lively with Puffing Billy tourists on weekends. Amazing views and plenty of trees. Perfect place for families - it's friendly and safe with activities happening at the school, sports etc. Only 5 minutes to Emerald for shopping needs, regular buses to Belgrave train station for transport, and only 3 minutes to Wellington Road. Belgrave is 10 mins away with plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants.

"Paradise"
There is , in fact, the "Paradise Hotel" nearby where you can sit outside on the Terrace on a sunny
day and wait for the "Puffing Billy" train to drive past.
We have lived here for 5 years now and have absolutely no intention to ever move again. On a clear
day we can see the distant Port Philip Bay and the You Yang Ranges beyond

"Wonderful place to live!"
WHAT CAN I SAY IT'S JOY TO COME HOME...!! Belgrave Gembrook Road Menzies Creek is a place of peace, tranquillity and community it's a wonderful place to live and bring up a family ! No where in the hills is like it, it's such a stunning green belt area but 5 mins.away from everything you would ever need. The children look out for the wallabies on their way to school just past Herman's Corner and the bird life is all you can imagine from King Parrots,Eastern Rosella's,Black Cockies to tiny Honey Eaters and Finches and many more.We have lived here for nineteen years and think it is a special place to live.At night we listen to our singing choir of frogs in our pond.Neighbours keep mainly to themselves but if needed would be their for one another.Lots of great Schools to choose from.If you are thinking of moving in the area don't hesitate..
