Excellent location with tree lined streets and peaceful ambience.
Netherby is an inner suburb of Adelaide, and is bordered by the suburbs of Springfield, Kingswood, Mitcham and Malvern.
Just a short drive of approx. 8 minutes (under 5KM) and you can be in the City.
Netherby is located within a short distance of Mitcham Square Shopping Centre and sports facilities.
You would expect to receive a return of between $650 - $800 per week for a standard three bedroom home.
