"Great place to live, rural but still close to all facilities of Mt Barker"
Dawesley is a quite town with majority of the locals living on rural properties of 2 acres and above. Since the expansion of Mt Barker, Dawesley has become more popular since the price of housing in Mt Barker has increased significantly especially if you want to own an acreage. Hence, the prices in Dawesley are also increasing, so get in quick because soon Dawesley will become the outer of Mt Barker. Dawesley itself is beautiful in its landscapes with lush valleys and hills to small running creeks. It is in fact more pretty than the landscape of Mt Barker. The bonus of course is Mt Barker being so close for schools and shopping but far enough away that you can enjoy all that country life has to offer!
