"Friendly, safe and convenient"
I have lived here for over a month now and cant see myself moving anywhere else.
The people are friendly, shops are close by and the morale of the area is beautiful with tall green trees lined down every street

"Very Impressed"
I recently sold my house in Westbourne Park and moved to Parkside. Both very popular and great suburbs to live but in hindsight i would have preferred to stay in W/B. Westbourne Park ticks all the boxes. 10/10

"Community Spirit"
A well located suburb with community spirit. A very nice mix of Tudor, Art deco and Bungalow homes. Some honest well built homes of the late 40's and 50's add nicely to the mix not allowing it to become a one dimensional suburb. Close to shopping facilities, transport and good schools. A short pleasant walk will give you access to restaurants, cafes, parks and the mitcham shopping centre. Overall Westbourne Park comes close to getting the balance right.
