"Peaceful, beautiful, elevated but close to city and services."
Woodforde is located very close to the excellent Morialta Recreation park, a great place for walking, bush walking or rock climbing. It is green and leafy with good sized blocks, city views and close to sought after schools, ie Rostrevor college and Norwood/Morialta High school. It is a safe, attractive and desirable place to live.
Great for
- Great neighbours, good wildlife, if you don't mind occasionally being wa ken up by possums or birds.Morialta Recreation park is awesome but gets hugely busy on weekends. possums
Not great for
- Traffic can get busy near the park. Haven't found a close video store yet.
- You cannot walk to a take away, or resturaunt only a deli near the high school.
- We are in the Adelaide Hills council, I believe the rates are thus higher, and I don't get a messenger paper delivered or hard rubbish collection.
