Living here form last 14 years, no problem, new developments, Ambiance station, 300 new houses, good neighbours.shopping centres, petrol stations, schools, post, pharmacy, laundry, restaurants, southern highway over bridge,parks, gym, agedcare facilities, sports ground, bus stops and many more.

Have lived in the suburb for almost 10 years and love it. We have wonderful neighbours who look out for each other and keep the street looking neat and welcoming to all.

Close to Kilkenny Shopping Centre which has all the major shops covered and a Hoyts cinema.

Local public transport is great with Kilkenny interchange up the road and the train station not far away by car.

Schools and childcare are all available within walking distance and have been redeveloped or have only been open for less than 5 years so all the amenities are still in good condition.

The local council is really responsive and gets things done in the area.

We have lived in Woodville Gardens for 8 years and with all the redevelopment it has just got better and better. We love the location - it is close to everything. Great food, the parks library, the redeveloped velodrome and playground. Easy access to the city and beaches without paying too much for the privilege.
