Did Gordon Park, QLD experience flooding in 2011 or in early 2013?
I'm looking to buy in the area (which is just beautiful) and the Brisbane City Council flood maps are inconclusive. Looking for an local perspective.

I am not aware of any flooding in Gordon Park apart from the actual Kedron Brook which was like Sydney Harbour in a storm! However as far as I am aware it was contained well within the Brook and did not come high enough to threaten property. Please note this is only based on my observations, so I cannot guarantee this 100% - we did however drive around a lot for a look and didn't see anything that was a concern.
