My wife and I have a 8 month old and are sick of the crime in Melton.. looking to buy land and build we are looking for bigger blocks no smaller than 700 square metres

Hey Matt, you might want to check out Kingsfield Estate, in Sunbury. Awesome estate, and opposite the million dollar properties in Rolling Meadows. Don't think there would be much crime there.
