What is the price of housing in Sunbury?

It depends on what kind of house you are looking for. You can find cheap price house here or even a million dollar house. One thing that I found when I did some research on pricing. Sunbury is much cheaper than most suburb, even in the west. For instance, same size of land, it is better value here but it is changing though. Not to mentioned, vs the eastern suburb, you can live like a king here and still have all convenience of shopping and sort of rural lifestyle.
