What would the worst street in Sunshine be and why?

South Road is probably the least appealing road in sunshine because a few homes there look really old and shabby with old fences falling apart. However, bit by bit they are being ripped down and re-developed into new townhouses because it is a short walk to a shopping centre with Aldi, Coles, grocer, heaps of shops. There are a few good schools near this street too. I can see it improving long term. But for now, it is not a pretty place. Also, it's very close to the city, takes you 15 minutes to drive in good traffic via footscray road.
