Is circle on cavill good spot to invest

Is circle on cavill good gor investment or maby Q1 or maby to buy one of the old units renovated on the water like peninsula? Whot whout be most atractive and wil the prize go up is it a buyers market.

I just purchased a unit at circle on Caville. The location is faultless, the views are amazing. The building is we'll maintained and security is present. I looked for over twelve months at all the options you've mentioned and more. However location convenience and views were my high points and c.o.c ticked them all. I originally wanted somewhere on the esplanade front , however at night fall I would have been staring at only a black ocean. Coc lends itself to views everywhere, from ocean to city , hintetland, it's beautiful by day and magical at night. I opted for a three bed three bath unit and have not regretted it. Best of luck
