As the real estate market on the Gold Coast is low and slow at the moment, it is a great time to invest in property. Suburb wise Surfers Paradise is great as it has an over-supply of apartments at the moment and the light-rail which will run straight through the middle. Also remains the tourist 'capital' of the Gold Coast which is great for returns.
