Sutton Place is almost completely residential so there really isn't much to do outside of walking around it and gawking at the mansions. They're incredible and if you're into architecture, history, and massive wealth displays, you'll enjoy a stroll.
Marilyn Monroe lived at 444 East 57th with Arthur Miller
William Saroyan lived at 2 Sutton Place
J Paul Getty lived at 1 Sutton which was built for the Vanderbilts
Joan Crawford lived at 36
Outside of that, there's seriously nothing to do.
