I would call the Principal's office and ask for the name, phone number and email of the current President of the PTA. The PTA is always looking for volunteers for fund raisers, scholarship committee, search committee, etc. Also, you should get the list of the PTA meetings and attend regularly. There are no shortage of ways to get involved!
