Rural theft

I have recently bought a small block on this road with the view of building a small place and then enjoying the wonderful surrounings. I started by installing a water tank (3000 Litres), this was stolen last weekend by some scum. They had obviously watched me bring it on site and then promptly removed it. I do believe that in general all of the people in the area are good honest people, my neighbours have made me most welcome and have been very helpful, it's a great pity that unfortunately idiots have created this situation.
