Moving from Chermside to Tanah Merah
My wife and I want to move buy a property down there, we love the land size and nature, also houses are not so close to each others like in the northside.
We would like soke advise about the surrounded arwas od Tanah Merah, as all we hear is that Logab area is not veey good, lots of crime and not good to raise a family.
We would appreciate an honest opinion.
Thank you

Hi jt5,
I am a Real Estate Agent in Tanah Merah and also grew up in the area. Personally I think it is a great place to live and I think you find the majority of the residence do too. Everything is at your doorstep and you have easy access to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich and the Redlands with the close proximity to the major roads. There are great schools with both public and private schools and great sports clubs.
Kind Regards
Cameron Rice
