A brilliant service offering house calls is the After Hours Family Medical Practice, ph: 137 425. We pay a family rate of $90 for three years and then they bulk bill every visit. I think it is fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I believe you must firstly visit and register with a local practice, i.e. Indooroopilly Family Medical Centre (ground floor of Indooroopilly Shoppingtown). Then once you are registered with them you can then engage After Hours Family Medical Care for visits to your home after 4pm weekdays or on weekends. It is brilliant.
