Looking at relocating to Tea Tree area from WA.
Tea Tree, TAS 7017 is located within the Brighton local government area, part of the Greater Hobart Region in Tasmania.
Couple, no kids in 40's looking at relocating to Tea Tree area from WA. Attracted by relatively cheap rural land and proximity to Hobart. Wondering if Tea Tree is a nice place. Plenty of places can look good on line and be awful when you get there. Is it lower, higher or mid range socio-economic area. Basically is it a rough area? Does it have any shops, restaurants or pubs and what are they like?

Tea Tree is nice, nice hills and countryside, can be quite dry. Close to Richmond and Cambridge. I would say that the east side of Tea Tree is nicer.
