Man shot in the neck in the Tenderloin in SF - Might explain the poor score?
Tenderloin, California null is located within the San Francisco local government area, part of the San Francisco County Region in undefined.
This may explain why the Tenderloin has such a bad reputation and neighborhood ranking. I'm never comfortable walking this neighborhood in sf.

Wow! Definately explains the "bad reputation" and poor ranking. This can happen in any neighborhood, I suppose, but seems to consistently happen in the Tenderloin. Not a place to be strolling around at night.
